Draft Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan - Kurnell Peninsula (Amendment 12)

Exhibition of Draft Sutherland Shire Local Environmental Plan - Kurnell Peninsula (Amendment 12) has now closed.  The results of the public exhibition will be considered by council in due course.

At its meeting on 31 October 2005, Council resolved to reclassify Council owned land at 11 Dampier Street, Kurnell, from community to operational land within the meaning of the Local Government Act, 1993.
