Fluorescent household lightglobes can be recycled at Sutherland Shire Council's customer service centre, administration building) also refer to local community centres including the Menai Community Centre. Shattered globes will not be accepted. Ordinary household globes can to be placed in your domestic waste bin. Fluorescent light globes contain mercury and should not be disposed of with general waste. |
